5. Accepted Use of Client’s Brand
- Brand Usage: If your subdomain or wallet is associated with a sponsor’s brand, you must use the brand in accordance with the sponsor’s guidelines and Unicorn.eth’s policies. The sponsor may choose to remove your account, but you will be able to access your wallet at unicorn-wallet.com
- Prohibited Actions: You may not use the brand to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation beyond what is expressly permitted.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user’s account or our services through unauthorized means is strictly prohibited.
- Malicious Activities: Engaging in activities that harm, disrupt, or interfere with our services, networks, or systems is prohibited.
7. Repercussions for Violations
- Termination of Services: Unicorn.eth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the wallet and subdomain if you violate these Terms.
- Removal of Subdomain: We may revoke your right to use the subdomain if you engage in prohibited conduct or misuse the client’s brand.

9. Service Continuation and Account Options
- Discontinuation by Sponsor: If your sponsoring company discontinues the service or removes you from their community, you will have the option to log in to your wallet at Unicorn.eth. You can either pay for your wallet account to continue the service independently or transfer the contents of your wallet to another wallet.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of our services.
